Do you want to be nice or would you rather speak your mind. Nobody likes to be criticized, and you don't have to take it from your girlfriend even if you really love her. Remember that a behavior which is encouraged gets stronger. You let her nag now and you end up living a life of being nagged constantly.
Put your foot down and stamp your authority. Just let her know you don't want any criticism coming in. Its not about whether the criticism is valid, its question of principle. Are you willing to take criticism or would you rather have none of it?
There is no one who knows you better than yourself. Not even the closest of relationship with your girlfriend can her know you completely. Live that way knowing that you will take care of things the way you want to. In fact that's the kind of authority and surety that girls are looking for in guys, whether they admit it or not.
